He is a poor excuse for a father
It's so bad now he lies and says he only has 2 kids.Main reason is he abandon them totally and the oldest one never speaks to him.Rat Jr. is local and he was forced to take him part time or go to court.I also suspect rat was forced to take him on full time or suffer legal action hence the apartment and rat jr in tow.
He must have been and has this "i'm going to live off of my kid cause he owes me" mind set. he's waiting for the fake contract comes in
