Since Brett left no one shows up.
Brett made several close friendships over the years.
I'm not sure how many years he attended.
Brett was engaged or had a girlfriend for a long time and Steve was very jealous of this attempting to copy him.
He failed got fat and is alone this says it all.
Months and months of boasting and bragging and it was not even a relationship.

Then he fabricated a relationship with photo ops.
When she was prego he made up a story of a fetus transplant to cover it up.
He said he had 15 good months but he's lying.

If indeed she was around he would have posted daily photos rather than weekly or monthly.
