Yep when it’s time for a big photo op he pays $10 for a cut and dye job.

Then use’s make up to hide his nasty complexion.

Then he uses this slick head paint to cover his thinning baldness:

    Major cosmetic surgery would not help. You can't buy game or a personality at any price.
