3 parts to cover, dinner, clubs and hotel.
Dinner: The dinners are a meet and greet and everyone pays their own tab.
Clubs: The clubs are usually dirty ghetto all black hip hop clubs with a 98% black crowd. Rat often doesn't even pick a club until the last minute. Sound Bar club is ok and middle of the road mixed crowd.
Hotel: Hotel part is a rat scam big time. He tells you unless you book the official BWWM hotel you will not be granted entry to the clubs. This is a complete and total lie. The reason is he gets a kick back from room bookings and if he sells enough rooms he gets his for free. He lies to any extent to get you to book including "huge turn out numbers of hundreds of people" lol. Red Roof Inn was used in the past. A roach motel in downtown but cheap. Now it's Howard Johnsons which is also a shit hole dump.
In recent years reports show no one is showing up.
The large numbers boasted are a lie plain and simple.
A few locals may show up but outside of him and his whore parade no one is traveling to Chicago to attend his party.
Many have in the past.
One thing is for sure once they attend and see his clown show in action they never return.
